"Experience Days"

The CJ's Birds of Prey team now offers a whole host of experience days, allowing members of the public to get closer to their favourite bird in the display team.

Experience days are broken down into four categories:

Owls: A day spent looking at the characteristics of these night hunters. Getting close to and flying a number of different species of owls, including "Tequila" the spectacled owl and "Saki" the Brown Wood owl, perhaps the only two of their species working as part of a display team in the UK.

The cost of the day, which includes lunch, is £120 per person and £35 for Spectators.

Hawks and Falcons: Two very similar but also very different species. On a hawks and falcon day you will see the differences in style, character and ability between these two masters of the air. You will be able to experience flying a hawk to the fist and also have a fantastic view of your own close up display with the falcons.

The cost of the day, which includes lunch, is £120 per person and £35 for Spectators.

The world of birds of prey: An all round day spent with over 12 different species of birds looking at all the aspects that set them apart from each other and makes them the perfect hunter.

Experience flying and getting close to the team which on this day will include "Chawumba" the Martial Eagle.

The cost of the day, which includes lunch, is £150 per person and £35 for Spectators.

Birds of Prey Photographic Day: A day specially set up for the keen photographer and photographic club. Birds can be placed and flown to get the best images. The day includes up to twelve species.

The cost of the day, which includes lunch, is £550 in total for up to twelve photographers

Hunting Days:

Spend a day or weekend with professional falconers, practising the sport of kings "falconry".

You will be hunting game out in the field watching the ultimate hunters do what they do best. We will always place you in the best position to see everything and learn as much as you can about the different hunting abilities of each of the birds we fly.

The cost per day, which includes lunch, is £150 per person and £45 for Spectators.
